niApps is an independent iOS app studio by Nico Jansen. We respect your privacy and handle personal data carefully. Below describes how our apps and this website handle your data.
This website collects no personal data, uses no tracking cookies, and runs no analytics. Visits are anonymous. GitHub Pages server logs may contain standard request info (such as IP address and user agent), managed solely by GitHub.
Promofy generates promotional text using AI. Prompts you enter are sent to an AI provider to generate a result. We do not create accounts or profiles on our servers, and generated text is not permanently stored by us.
Memory Sticks stores all your inventory (cards, drives, locations) locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. We have no access to this data and store nothing on our own servers.
RitMeister keeps your trip log locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. Address lookups go directly to Apple Maps without your identity attached. We have no access to your data and store nothing on our own servers.
Fr3lancer keeps your projects, time entries, client data, and invoices locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. We have no access to your data and store nothing on our own servers.

MiNance keeps your portfolio and transaction data locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. Price data is fetched from third-party market data providers without your identity attached. We store nothing on our own servers.
Sibber uses your own Tibber API token to fetch data directly from Tibber. The token and your settings live locally on your device and optionally sync via your own iCloud account. We have no access to your data and store nothing on our own servers.
Stamboom keeps your family data, photos, and stories locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. We have no access to your family tree data and store nothing on our own servers.
Gramps2 keeps your family data and photos on your device and in your own iCloud account (CloudKit). If you share a tree, sharing runs through your own iCloud and only the people you invite can see that tree. We have no access to your family tree data and store nothing on our own servers. The app collects anonymous usage statistics to improve the app; these are not linked to your identity or your family data.
Spark Flow keeps your ideas and generated PRDs locally on your device and optionally syncs via your own iCloud account. Prompts for PRD generation and market research are sent to an AI provider to produce a result; we do not maintain accounts or profiles on our servers.

BarberLog keeps your barbers, visits, and photos on your device and in your own iCloud account (CloudKit). If you share a barber with a family member, sharing runs through your own iCloud and only the people you invite can see it. Calendar access is write-only: the app can add appointments to your calendar but cannot read anything in it. The app contains no ads and never sees your name or e-mail address. We collect only anonymous usage statistics: to understand how the app is used, it sends anonymous usage events (for example "onboarding completed", "visit saved", "appointment booked", or "paywall viewed") to PostHog, hosted in the EU, under a random installation ID that is not linked to you — never barber names, addresses, prices, dates, or photos, and no screen recordings. The one-time Pro purchase is handled by Apple and RevenueCat, which receives the purchase receipt and the same random ID so your purchase can be restored, plus Apple's privacy-preserving ad-attribution token that tells us whether the install came from an App Store ad; we never see payment details. Nothing is used to show you advertising or to track you across other apps, and we store nothing about you on our own servers.
Lidwoordje keeps your learning progress (word mastery and day streak) on your device; finished games and your scoreboard sync through your own iCloud account (CloudKit). If you share your scores, sharing is read-only and runs through your own iCloud — people with access can view your scores and the words of each game, but can never change anything, and you can stop sharing at any time. The app contains no ads and never sees your name or e-mail address. To understand how the app is used, it sends anonymous usage events (for example "game started", "game completed" with the score, or "paywall viewed") to PostHog, hosted in the EU, under a random installation ID that is not linked to you. Premium purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, which receives the purchase receipt and the same random ID so your subscription can be restored; we never see payment details. Nothing is used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps, and we store nothing about you on our own servers.
