Ticket vault & diary for iPhone & iPad
TixVault: Ticket Vault & Diary
Every ticket in one place. Every night remembered.
You buy tickets all year: a match, a concert, a festival, a show. They land as PDFs in Mail, screenshots in Photos, downloads in Files, and the night itself starts with searching. TixVault gives them one home: every ticket in a single list with the next event on top, the barcode ready to show without internet at the gate. And it doesn't end at the turnstile. Afterwards each ticket becomes a diary entry — the result, a few lines, the photos — so the nights you paid for are kept, not just the paper.
How it works
Import once. Find it instantly. Keep it forever.
Import the ticket
Pick the PDF from Files, a screenshot from Photos, or paste it from the clipboard. TixVault finds the barcode and reads the event, date, venue, section, row, seat and entrance, all on the device. A PDF with several tickets becomes one ticket per page.
Check the scan
Nothing enters the vault unread. You see what was recognised, fix a field, pick the type — match, concert, festival, theatre or other — and name who uses the seat. Tickets for the same event land together, and one tap puts the date in your calendar with a reminder.
Show it at the gate
Open the ticket and tap Show ticket or Show barcode. The screen goes to full brightness and shows nothing but the code, or the original ticket exactly as it was, pinch to zoom included. No signal, no portal login, no app to wake up.
The overview
Stop searching for the ticket
Nobody keeps their tickets in one place, because nothing gives them one. The confirmation mail is somewhere in the inbox, the PDF went to Downloads, the screenshot sits between holiday photos, and the ticket your partner bought is on their phone. TixVault turns that pile into one list you can trust.
One list, next event on top
The Tickets tab shows every upcoming event grouped per day, soonest first, with the ticket itself as thumbnail, the time, the venue and how many seats you hold. Open the event and the tickets are there.
Every seat, every guest, named
Section, row, seat and entrance on each ticket, plus who is using it. A business PDF with four seats becomes one event with four tickets, and the event row shows which guests are coming.
The whole household, one vault
Share a vault through iCloud and the ticket your partner bought is on your phone too, offline, before anyone has to forward anything. Keep a vault per family or per club if you like.
The diary
The ticket was the start of the night. Keep the rest.
A used ticket is usually deleted or forgotten. In TixVault it becomes the page where the night is kept: once the event has passed it moves to History, and the same card asks for what happened. Years later you scroll through a season of matches or a year of concerts and every one of them comes back.
The result and how it was
Fill in the score of a match, and for every event write a few lines while it is fresh: who was there, what was sung, what went wrong. It stays with the ticket.
The photos, with the ticket
Add the photos from that night, six at a time, and they sit next to the ticket instead of somewhere in a camera roll of thousands. Swipe through them, share one, or save it back to Photos.
A shelf of seasons and years
History groups matches per season and everything else per year, newest first, with the original ticket still on every page. It is the shoebox of stubs, except you can find things in it, and the whole household sees the same shelf.
What's inside TixVault
The vault around the overview and the diary: what makes the tickets usable at the gate and safe afterwards.
Works without internet
The ticket, the barcode and the original file are stored on the device. Airplane mode on, the barcode still scans: it is rendered crisp from the code itself, with a crop of the original as a fallback. For PDF and print-at-home tickets; barcodes that rotate inside an official ticketing app can't be stored.
One event, every seat
A business PDF with four seats becomes one event with four tickets, each with its own section, row, seat, entrance and guest name. If a scan landed on the wrong one of two events that evening, move the ticket across with one tap.
In your calendar
One tap creates the calendar event with the venue as location, every seat, entrance and guest in the notes, and an alarm beforehand, plus a reminder to leave in time.
Vaults you share
Keep a vault per household or per club: Concerts with the family, the season tickets with the guests who use them. Share a vault through iCloud and everyone in it sees the same tickets, offline on their own phone.
A diary that fills itself in
Three hours after the start the event moves to History on its own. Add the result, write how it was and attach photos; everything stays with the ticket and syncs to the whole vault.
The original, always
Every ticket keeps its PDF or screenshot. Share it as a real file, AirDrop it, or print it from the app — the same options iOS gives any document.
Privacy
Your tickets stay yours
TixVault is built the niApps way: no niApps account, no tracking, no servers of ours.
In your own iCloud
Tickets, originals, reports and photos are stored on your iPhone and synced through your own iCloud account. A shared vault lives in the owner's iCloud and goes only to the people they invite. Nothing touches a niApps server.
Read on the device
Barcodes and ticket text are recognised with Apple's Vision framework on the phone itself. No ticket is uploaded anywhere to be read. No ads, no analytics.
Sharing on your terms
The owner of a vault decides who is in it and can remove someone or stop sharing at any time. For personal use of your own print-at-home tickets: one vault, one household, never a marketplace.
