How does it work?
The only way to register a trip is to make a real trip. It works like a stopwatch.

- Get into your car.
- Open the RitCloud App and go to Start/Stop.
- Press on ‘Start’.
- On your first trip the RitCloud will ask for your mileage.
- Fill in the mileage and press on ‘Start’.
- The timer will run and ‘Start’ has been changed into ‘Stop’.
- Start driving and finish the roadtrip.
- When you arrive at your destination just press on ‘Stop’.
The ritmeister will check if you are still at the same location. If so the RitMeister thinks that you want to modify your mileage. Go back to step 5. - Fill in the mileage and press on ‘Stop’.
The is timer runninf, a checkered flag is displayed and ‘Stop’ has been changed into ‘Start’.
The trip is now saved, your dashboard had been updated and a new route had been created.
It is possible to close the RitMeister during your trip (after step 5.). When you arrive at you destination you can open the RitMeister App to continue with your registration. (stap 8.)
On your next drive the RitMeister knows the milleage and will skip step 4. and step 5. When you press on ‘Start’ it will automaticly change into ‘Stop’ and the timer starts running.
After you arrive at our destination you can press ‘Stop’ and continue with step 8.
It does not matter if you forgot to press on ‘Start’ on departure. When you press on start at your destination the RitMeister will detect that you have moved to another location. He will change ‘Start’ into ‘Stop’. It will lead you straight to step 9.
Trips
You can search on many ways for a trip:
- name of the city
- date
- time
- category
- license plate
- cost centre
If you want to see al your private trips just enter ‘private’. If you enter ‘monday’ you will see al your trips of monday. Did you have to switch to another car then you can search for the license plate of that car.
