It is very easy to track your declarations in RitMeister and RitCloud
In More (…) there is an option Cost centre. You can add a new cost center. In our example we named it “Declarations”. You could also use the name of your customer. We used 0,19 as a fee. This is the fee you receive for each mile.
In the dashboard you can tap on column C to get a pivot of your declarations by cost centre.
You can manually assign your cost centre “Declarations” to a trip. You can also assign this cost centre to the route. The next time you drive this route the cost centre “Declarations” will be assigned to your trip automaticly.
